Zoning permits are required for items such as decks, patios, pergolas, sheds, relocated houses, new houses, fences, egress windows, new construction, additions. Permits generally not required for roofing an interior work (except permits are required for egress windows). Sheldon does not have building inspections, the state codes are required to be followed.
